How to make Cheesecake from Jello Shots

This cheesecake recipe was inspired by a delicious recipe for Jello Shot made by our friend and fellow blogger, Jennifer of the Kitchen Junkie blog.

Jennifer’s recipe calls for homemade jello shots.

Jello shots are delicious, but you can also find other homemade products to make.

Here’s what you need: A plastic jug that’s about 8 ounces (225 grams) or less, with a filling of 2 ounces (50 grams) jello (or other thick cream) or 4 ounces (110 grams) chocolate (or chocolate chip cookies) or any other sweetened sweetener (optional) A funnel or spoon, or other measuring cup A large ice cube tray or bowl (or another ice cream container) A large piping bag, and a small plastic spoon (optional for easy scooping) A small food processor (optional if you’re using an ice cream scoop) A glass bowl or jar (or a food storage bag) A food thermometer If you’re making this for a group of friends or family, you can buy a small bowl or bowl for each of you.

The best part about this cheesecake is that you can make it all from scratch in a matter of minutes!

recipe notes I used homemade jellys in place of cream and used about 1/2 cup (130 grams) of chocolate, or 1/4 cup (70 grams) if you prefer.
