Fajitas are a delicacy that are usually made from meat and often have an oily taste.
When I am craving a tasty taco with my family, I always go for a meat fajita.
Fajits can be served as tacos, burritos or burrito bowls.
You can also use them for an appetizer and dinner, but they are best served with a meat sauce and a fried egg.
For this recipe, I used a spicy Fajito Sauce that comes in various varieties and makes a perfect Fajit for taco, burrito, taco bowl or burrito.
I like to use it as a marinade and also serve it with the roasted chicken or pork for a great meat and egg pairing.

This Fajitta Recipe is a lot of work, but it is worth it!
Ingredients: For the Fajity Sauce: 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1/3 cup water 1 tablespoon butter 1 large egg yolk 2 tablespoons ground cumin, ground pepper, salt and pepper for the Fava Taco Sauce: 4 cups ground beef, cubed 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro 1/8 teaspoon salt for the Burrito Bowls: 2 medium egg yolks 1 teaspoon salt For the Taco Bowls (recipe below): 4 eggs 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil 1/16 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/32 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper for serving: 1/5 cup tomato sauce (or another spicy sauce like Tabasco) 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper for topping: 1 egg white For serving: Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a deep skillet or baking pan.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add the cumin and salt.
Cook for about 1 minute, stirring often.
Add butter, egg yolin and salt and cook for 1 minute.
Add water and cook until egg yollks are golden brown.
Stir in the cilantro and cook 2 minutes more.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolo, ground caysenne pepper and salt together.
Add half the batter to the hot skillet and stir to combine.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Top the fajitas with the rest of the batter and then spread with a small spatula to coat.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with rice and a side of beans or salsa if desired.
